Are your furniture items easy to assemble?
Yes! Most of our furniture pieces come with clear, step-by-step assembly instructions and all necessary hardware included. We design our products with ease of assembly in mind, so you can set up your new furniture without frustration. Assembly time varies by product but typically ranges from 15-45 minutes.
What materials are your products made from?

Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping policy?
We fulfill orders through Zendrop Fulfillment to ensure quality and timely delivery. Here's what you can expect:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Domestic shipping: Typically 7-14 business days
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at Logan@oblivis.store and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to monitor your package's progress and see the estimated delivery date.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Logan@oblivis.store with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused, with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at Logan@oblivis.store. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items without original packaging or tags
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at Logan@oblivis.store as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we'll do our best to help.

Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
